The product range of our long-standing partner Diatest GmbH focuses primarily on recording the geometric dimensions of drill holes as precisely as possible, but also quickly and easily. An extensive selection of different versions of bore plug gauges, edge finders and gear testers as well as numerous accessories guarantee purpose-oriented adaptation to your measuring tasks. The proven, robust design of the products and innovative approaches such as wireless measurement data transmission also allow maximum flexibility and mobility during workpiece inspection.

Metro’s display units have a robust touchscreen and support various communication protocols such as USB and RS232 for transferring measurement data to a PC and for remote control of the display. The solid aluminum housing ensures outstanding robustness, even under demanding conditions in industrial environments. Available with various inputs thanks to the BUS system!
HIRT’s touch probes are specially designed for high-precision measuring applications. Depending on the measuring and assembly requirements, the probes offer different measuring strokes of ±1 mm, ±2 mm and ±5 mm as well as different variants such as F (spring feed), V (vacuum lift-off), P (pneumatic feed) and L (pneumatic feed with air gap seal). The cable outlet can be positioned either axially or radially.
3D PROBES & ACCESSORIES
We can supply you with high-quality probes with measuring spheres made of steel, ruby or ceramic, on request also with pivot holes for centering fixtures in all accuracy classes. These can also be put together as a measuring set in a wooden box.
Certificates as proof of compliance with standards can be enclosed on request.
Height gauges
The motorized height measuring device MICRO-HITE+M is characterized in particular by its exclusive patented adjustment wheel (FEEL&MOVE technology), which enables fast positioning of the probe and at the same time ensures a smooth execution of the measuring sequence.
It is a versatile workshop or laboratory machine that can be placed close to the user. The robustness of the cast-iron base and column makes it a reliable instrument with excellent repeatability and precision under a wide range of conditions.
In addition to the usual 1D basic functions, it offers advanced measurement modes such as angle, programming and 2D functions, which are particularly useful for complex metrological requirements.
The integrated patented QUICKCENTER technology not only provides clear information when simply probing, but is also advantageous when measuring the reversal points.
Each MICRO-HITE+M is supplied with a free SCS (Swiss Calibration Standards) measurement certificate, which avoids any additional costs for re-certification after purchase.

This high-precision roughness and contour measuring device from IMTS integrates CAD drawings with functions for shape and position tolerance analysis, automates measuring sequences and seamlessly transfers the data to higher-level analysis systems for manufacturing processes. Special features include diameter determination from 0.8 to 150 mm, thread contour determination, auto-calibration, automatic zenith search and confusion-proof USB probe arms.

Torque tests can be used to analyze the rotational behavior of an object – both in regular operating mode and under targeted overload up to failure or breakage. These torques can either be “dynamic”, which is typically the case at very high rotational speeds, or “static” at much lower speeds. Mecmesin specializes in high-precision solutions for static torque measurement.

Mecmesin’s benchtop universal testing machines (UPM) are specially designed for precise tensile and compression testing of materials, products and components. These highly customizable universal inspection systems are controlled by the powerful and user-friendly VectorPro™ inspection software. This software enables efficient implementation and compliance with quality assurance standards in all areas of industry.
TORQUE MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY
Assembly processes require concepts to ensure the required tightening torque. Depending on the requirements of the bolting application, analyses and documented adjustment of the bolting tools must be carried out. The use of suitable measuring devices to trace the measured values back to comparable standards is therefore an important element of our consulting services.
We differentiate between in-process methods for representing and describing the assembly process and methods for analyzing and designing bolted joints.
Both directions also require high quality calibration methods, which we provide in cooperation with the DAkkS calibration laboratory of the company Schatz AG and the ÖKD calibration laboratory of CQS- Messtechnik GmbH.

Quality assurance in the food sector is becoming increasingly important. Parameters such as bite resistance of sausage, cutting power of cheese, consistency of jam with fruit pieces and spreadability of spreads are decisive for the consumer experience. The specialized measuring systems from Mecmesin and FTC precisely record and evaluate these properties using quantitative measurements.

FRICTION AND SHEAR TESTING
The peel test is used to evaluate adhesive quality and is a simple method of determining the bond strength of a material, particularly a thin layer applied to a substrate.
By measuring the stress properties between the adhesive and the bonded surface, it is extremely useful in evaluating the effects of processes (e.g. surface treatment) or real-life performance (e.g. environmental influences).
There are various methods of peel testing, but they all require that at least one flexible joining part is held in a pulling grip and separated from the other surface. The tensile force-elongation values are recorded continuously in order to obtain precise data for calculating the peel values. The main differences between the methods lie in the peel angles and whether the peel angle remains constant during the test.

The EasyBalancer EB 3500 microcontroller-controlled vibration measuring and balancing device from HOFMANN is specially designed for balancing grinding wheels and grinding spindles. The spread angle procedure integrated in the EB 3100 for balancing in one plane is controlled by a clearly structured operator dialog. The positions of the sliding weights for correcting the unbalance are determined automatically.
The EB 3500 also offers measurement of the speed-synchronized unbalance vibration and the total vibration in the range from 10 Hz to 1 kHz. The sum vibration is the basis for assessing the condition of machines and systems in accordance with DIN ISO 10816-3.
