HYDRAULIC PRECISION CLAMPING TECHNOLOGY

Hydraulic mandrels or chucks are used for high-precision clamping of bore or shaft parts for machining in machine tools or testing machines. This clamping technology offers full-surface driving and centering of the workpieces with a concentricity accuracy from 0.002 mm.
The clamping range is within the tolerance range IT H8.

PRECISION CLAMPING TECHNOLOGY

With this clamping technology, a double-slotted clamping bushing is expanded under bore tension or compressed under shaft tension.
This results in a very precise and parallel expansion of the clamping bush with a concentricity accuracy from 0.005 mm.
